Party at the Orange Y BMX

Enjoy the full use of the Orange Y BMX track area for your own private Birthday party or any other get together. Bring your barbeque or order pizza  from one of are local pizza shops, Round Table Pizza  will deliver to track, Papa Johns is 2 blocks from track and Little Caesar's is just across from the track.
Picnic tables and bleachers are provided for you to use for your party.

Reserve the track for your special guests. Parties start with a two hour Time Slot. Standard daytime slot, $200.00 for two hours.
Standard time slot for nights with lights, $240.00 for two hours.
Additional time is available for $100.00 an hour or $120.00 an hour with lights.

How to reserve a Party

Have a date and time in mind and a second choice, they book quickly.

Somebody will call you back ASAP with a reply.
Have a credit card or a check, for the first hour and to hold your time slot. Please check the rule section, everyone must follow the rules to enjoy a safe party. Cancellation for any other reason than weather, after your dates are booked, cost is $50.00. No reschedules within 1 week of your date. Full price is charged if your party no shows.
Cancellation policy:
$50.00 cancellation charge once booked for any reason.
11-15 days prior to date $100.00 charge.
1-10 prior to date will incur full charge of time.
No Show same as late cancellation.
No charge for cancellation due to weather at track discretion.

 You have Full use of the track during your time slot.
We don’t schedule more than one party per time slot.
You must complete your party within your allotted time.  Additional charges apply for going over your time slot.

Time Slot Includes:
Up to 20 riders on the track Unlimited non riding guest.
Enjoy complete use of the track (1 private party on track).
1 ½ hours of riding time.
½ hour for cake and presents.
Free ride or schedule a race series with the gate.
Bleachers and tables for your use.
Bring your own food or order pizza.     
Any bike from 16” to a 26” wheel will do.
Anyone can ride with a waiver form.    
Trophies or medals are also available for your guests at a additional charge.

Rules for Parties 

Safety is the number one rule for a great PARTY.

1.      Long Pants and long sleeve shirts.
2.      Closed toe shoes.
3.      NO PEGS or KICKSTANDS on bikes (they must be removed before entering track.).
4.      Everyone must have a signed Waiver  form.
5.      No training wheels on the track.
6.      No running on the track  BIKES ONLY on track.
7.      Riders must be able to ride a bike without help. Basic bike skills is all that’s needed.
8.      Helmets to ride track Rentals available at the track.
9.      Pad set  recommended not required.
10.   All Parents and Riders must follow track rules.
 

Cancellation of track use will result if these rules are not followed. NO REFUNDS.

The enjoyment of the party is important to us, also the safety of everyone involved.
